Refund and cancellation policy

You can cancel an engagement at any time by email or phone. You only pay for hours already worked up to the time you cancel. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

If you believe an invoice is wrong, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date. We will review the time records with you and issue a corrected invoice or a refund for any hours billed in error. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Because our services are delivered remotely inside your own account, there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

Delivery

All work is delivered digitally inside your GoHighLevel account or by email. No physical goods are shipped. Work begins after you approve a written quote. Progress is shared weekly.

Payment security

This website is served over HTTPS. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Maverick Services LLC never sees or stores your full card number. ACH payments are sent directly by your bank. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, and check. All prices and invoices are in US dollars (USD).

Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what we need to do the work and bill for it: your name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and the access you grant to your GoHighLevel account. Payment details are handled by Stripe or your bank and are not stored by us.

How we use it

To deliver services, send quotes and invoices, and communicate with you about your project.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business, such as payment processing and email, and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Maverick Services LLC, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to reply to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories above and will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver our texts.

How we protect it

We use secure, access-controlled tools, keep account access limited to what the work requires, and never store full card numbers. Data inside your GoHighLevel account stays in your account, and you can remove our access at any time.

• Services are provided as described in the written quote for each engagement.
• Work is billed hourly in USD. Invoices are sent weekly for hours already worked and are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
• You own everything built in your account.
• You are responsible for your GoHighLevel subscription and any third-party usage fees, such as SMS, email, or phone charges.
• Maverick Services LLC is not responsible for outages or changes made by GoHighLevel or other third-party platforms.
• Promotions: any discount or special offer will be stated in writing in your quote, including its conditions and end date.
• Restrictions: services are offered to businesses in the United States.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
